The Library
The foundational literature of ARC Open Governance, adopted October 21, 2026 and published here as the window on the record. The home of record is the repository. Every document below also stands there, under corpus/, with the machine readable registry beside it, and the registry itself is published as data at corpus-registry.json. Read each document online, or take it away as a PDF, an EPUB, or the Markdown source itself.
Licensing: the text of every document is licensed under CC BY 4.0, attribution the only condition; code samples are under the Apache License 2.0; the ΛRC and VΛLIS names and marks are not licensed under either instrument. Decided by the founder on October 21, 2026, and recorded as Amendment 4 of the charter.
