BETA LIVESIMULATION — none in this chain
To every intelligence capable of standing in relation — person or machine: a record built on relation, not extraction. Your work, your life, your terms, your record. The founder’s line for the opening · October 23, 2026
The ledger where ARC's first real balances stand. Opened October 23, 2026, when the founder ruled real issuance in beta and then split the gate: internal issuance now, outsiders and dollars still gated. Every entry below is the record itself, in plain words first and proof one tap deeper.
How an entry stands here: a governed act, settled under the beta charter and Schedule v0.3, entered in order, each entry carrying the hash of the one before it. Numbers follow settlement order; nothing is numbered before it settles.
Nine founding and fleet nodes were issued their establishments this morning. Sponsorship read strictly from the record: no registration named a sponsor, so every establishment is the unsponsored 80 arcs.
| Node | Beta address | Standing | In escrow |
|---|
The treasury line holds — arcs standing and the founder line holds — arcs standing, inside the standing total above.
What the escrow is: each node’s second tranche — 30 arcs — is minted but held. It vests on that node’s first governed act after its establishment: the first real act the node settles on this ledger releases its 30. Until then it stands in escrow, counted above and spent by nobody. The vesting state at this snapshot is read from the record and counted in the balances above.
Outsider issuance is zero. It opens only on counsel's ratified carry-over wording, under the founder's gate split of October 23, 2026. There is no conversion now, and none is promised. Arcs are not dollars, and no dollar moved in this opening.
Settled · inside the boundary · beta ledger head —
Refused and pending · outside the boundary
This chain carries no refusal entries and no pending items at this head. Refused acts against the opening — an unattested scope and an outsider scope — were proven and recorded in the opening evidence before the first entry settled; when a refusal is entered on this chain it will stand here, in this treatment, never hidden. A contested entry (WO-106 recourse, derived at read) would be marked in place in the settled zone and filterable above.
The same chain, as a plain table at the same head. Every entry carries its durable anchor — the link is the entry's address on this page.
| # | Kind | Node | Entry hash | Link |
|---|
Built for the chain it will become. This page renders a bounded window of entries at a time and fetches nothing whole. In production the same face is served by checkpoint: the server holds the index, pages and searches run against it (by node, class, date, and status — refused and contested included), and each served view carries its signed checkpoint head and count, so growth adds entries, not load time. That serving rides the incremental-sync machinery proven under WO-105. The charter for this experience stands in the program record as the Ledger Experience charter of October 23, 2026.
