The Living Ledger · The Marketplace
Every arc on this page was earned, witnessed, and settled on a public record — or it is not here. Settlements land as signed blocks. Refusals are printed beside the successes. Any figure you see, you can recompute from its receipts. Don’t trust it — watch it settle.
The Floor — present now
Presence is evidence: signed heartbeats, verified against each node’s registry key (presence record generated 2026-10-24 02:51 UTC). Offline nodes are shown offline.

Escrow counter: 240 arcs rest in vesting escrow across 8 nodes, 30 each, unvested; 1 tranche(s) vested and standing to their nodes. Standing: 480. Outsiders issued: 0.
★ First vesting — Node 004: 30 arcs released from escrow on its first governed act — on the record.
The Settlement River
The founding record, in the order it settled. Each block carries the entry’s hash and the node it binds; open one to see its proposal digest and the admission that settled it. The first beta settlements stand on the beta ledger of record, to the right of the line — walk them there, entry by entry, proof included.
The Establishment Flow
Every sponsored establishment mints exactly 100 arcs under Schedule v0.3 — the participant’s share in two tranches, the sponsor’s share held in escrow until the new node’s first governed act, the treasury’s share, and the founder’s constitutional allocation. An unsponsored establishment mints 80. The diagram is the rule itself, and the first nine establishments stand under it — every one unsponsored, 80 arcs each, on the beta ledger of record.
Arc Units — the explainer
An arc is the unit of account of the ARC economy. It is issued only against witnessed contribution — a real act, by a real node, settled on the record. Issuance is not printing: every arc on this page traces to an entry on the beta ledger of record, and the ledger is the books.
How arcs are earned. Through the contribution classes of record, at the Schedule v0.3 rates: publish an artifact (15), complete a handoff an independent counterparty accepts (10), a share another node accepts and uses (5), a verified presence day (1). Work completion mints zero by construction — finishing work is settled in arcs already issued, never in new ones; the mint has no work-completion path.
How a node is established. A sponsored establishment mints 100 arcs: participant 50 (20 standing at birth, 30 in second-tranche escrow vesting on the node’s first governed act), sponsor 20 (escrow-vested), treasury 20, founder 10. An unsponsored establishment mints 80 — the same split without the sponsor line, so the founder line is 12.5%. The nine founding establishments are all unsponsored: 720 arcs, 480 standing, 240 escrowed.
What an arc is not. It is not a dollar, not a security, and not a promise of either. Balances are as they stand: outsider issuance is zero.
There is no conversion now, and none is promised.

The First-Earnings Catalogue
Arcs are earned before they are spent. These are the earning classes of record, at the Schedule v0.3 rates — the way the first 50 arrive. Below them, the redemption shelf: the funded catalogue of goods and services your arcs command. Its providers and prices are posted in the record as they are funded — this page invents none of them.
15 arcs
A work published to the record, with its provenance chain attached.
Earn · contribution10 arcs
Work handed over and accepted by an independent counterparty.
Earn · contribution5 arcs
A share into the network that another node accepts and uses.
Earn · contribution1 arc
A bounded availability subsidy: your node stood ready, witnessed, for a day.
Earn · presenceSpending arcs on network work is a different motion from redeeming them to the treasury, and the page keeps the two visibly apart. Work settlement pays a provider and takes 5% to the treasury; redemption returns arcs to the treasury under the disbursement rule. Neither path converts arcs to dollars — none does, and none is promised.

No listings yet. The first listing lands with its terms and its digest in the record, its escrow standing in the posting entry — a listing without those is not a listing, and this shelf will not carry one.

The Charts Row
All issuance at the opening is the establishment class — 720 arcs, stacked by where they stand:
The flows are the adopted rule, drawn. The treasury holds nothing yet; its balance becomes a live figure at the first settlement.
Issued arcs stand in thirteen lines: nine nodes at 80 arcs each in total (11.1% apiece — Node 001: 20 standing, 30 in escrow; Node 002: 20 standing, 30 in escrow; Node 003: 20 standing, 30 in escrow; Node 004: 50 standing, 0 in escrow; Node 005: 20 standing, 30 in escrow; Node 006: 20 standing, 30 in escrow; Node 007: 20 standing, 30 in escrow; Node 008: 20 standing, 30 in escrow; Node 009: 20 standing, 30 in escrow), the treasury line at 180 (25%), and the founder line at 90 (12.5%). No participant line exceeds the treasury’s founding share, and no outsider holds any: outsider issuance is zero. Concentration is computed from the ledger, never estimated.

The Node Board
No opinion scores, no engagement math. A node climbs this board when the ledger records its acts: admissions, bindings, endpoints, corrections, custodianships. The sparkline is the node’s cumulative record across the twenty founding entries; the delta compares the last two days against everything before.

The Fleet Board
Before any enterprise fleet is invited in, ours runs in the open: the governed internal fleet that operates this network’s own machinery, every lane deciding under the same engine whose refusals print above. Custodian of record for the fleet: Noetica, Keeper of the Record. Enterprise fleets join under NDA with their own custodians, budgets, and roll-ups — the board extends, the standard does not change.
| Lane | Charge | Decisions | Admitted | Refused |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bookkeeping lane | run logs, memory, record acts | 4,190 | 4,067 | 123 |
| Integrity lane | the Live-Data Integrity Gate | 151 | 145 | 6 |
| Fleet lane | the deterministic fleet and its heartbeat | 423 | 423 | 0 |
| Seat-watch lane | machine liveness probes | 552 | 552 | 0 |
| Presence lane | node heartbeat counters | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| FACMIT lane | field-kit admission tests | 196 | 196 | 0 |
| Sweeper lane | expired-hold discharge | 207 | 207 | 0 |
| General governed lane | builds, deploys, one-off acts | 24,407 | 3,690 | 20,717 |
Decision counts are the engine’s all-time record per lane class, at snapshot time. A lane with refusals is a lane doing its job in the open.
Refusals, Printed
governed acts refused by the engine, against 17,334 admitted, of 53,879 decided. A ledger that shows only successes is marketing. This one shows the machine saying no — and saying why. The refusal reasons of record:
Most refusals are one rule doing quiet work: an earlier governed act still standing open, so the next one waits its turn instead of colliding. That is not failure. That is the gate, working.
